Great hotel with great wi-fi, friendly 24-hour reception, and a cozy restaurant. I remember the staff helping me find the best taxi during my first stay. I highly recommend visiting for a restful experience....

Had a relaxing stay for a short weekend, recommend this place. Thoroughly enjoyed our room that was very warm so the window had to be kept open and available with a freestanding bath, very comfortable bed...

Make sure you stay in the classic queen room with a large comfortable bed. The location is perfect, 2 km from a Roman Catholic cathedral. In-house restaurant on the premises is MAGNIFICENT. We have stayed here before and recommend it....

Good location & price for my business trip. Good breakfast and smart facilities
Is it of course a 20 minute walk from downtown Galway if that is important to you

Staff were responsive in addressing problems and upgraded one of our two rooms in response to complaints
Hotel was dated (perhaps 30 years old), rooms were small, had an "institutional" feel (like an old government building or hospital). Was very noisy, had to call front-desk to deal with noisy neighbors in adjoining suite - seems to cater to conference goers who get in late after partying in town (both nights were were woken up late by returning guests). Cannot recommend this hotel to families or vacationers wanting comfort and quiet.

The room was comfortable and spacious, providing all the amenities we needed for our family stay. The location was perfect, great to explore Galway easily.
My kids wished there were more activities on-site for them to enjoy during downtime.

Great location for my needs. Excellent room. One of the most comfortable rooms I have stayed in. Food was excellent.
While at reception checking in the receptionist took a phone call while I was standing there which I thought was very rude. Food took too long to arrive at the table from when it was 1st ordered.
